Quick Question, did I go too far in what I wrote in the below comment? while I meant everything I wrote I am now currently having a panic attack over people possibly bombarding me with hate or other vileness. I've never really done anything like this and it came out of nowhere and now I don't know if I should delete like my panicking mind telling me or leave it? I don't think I could deal well with people attacking me like I've heard of them doing on here before? does that make me weak or a hypocrite in some way because it feels like it might but my mental health is not great on the very best or best days and I am genuinely scared right now but I meant what I said and something needs to be done about it.

I was commenting/asking questions on this and then I got sidetracked

I have no idea what any of this means?

when it says that everyone is automatically set as Opt-Out is that as of right now or do we need to go into setting or whatever and change somethings if we are worried (rightfully so by the sounds of it) about this nonsense?

Also on another note on the whole DA going down the drain a fair ways.

Why is it so hard to get any help with issues even when using the proper methods which we are told to use when requiring help?

Do the actual people who make all these changes read what people are saying about what they want, need and otherwise? or do they just make these changes and make people lower on the totem poll dish them out and have to deal with the backlash etc.?

Do they give a single damn about the people who use their site? who have been faithful and supportive of this place in some cases since day dot? or are they so many large company workers and only care about the dollars? which I get it, that it just what big businesses do; screw the little people and rake in the money but the thing is, without all us little people there would and will be no money them to keep on raking in. So the smart and all together logical thing for these individuals to do would be to actually listen to and act in their clienteles good interests if they want to actually keep them. Otherwise more and more people will leave and they will be left with a less revenue and less money and a reputation that is getting flushed further and further down the toilet and into the damn sewers and sewage systems.

Do for example, the operators and monitors of this site know that phonography and other such context have been flooding this site. A site that has young people on it, some of them are just kids and they could well be and some likely are being exposed to some truly sick and disturbing images and the like. Now I have written and written to the Help section on multiple occasions with concerns about this crap - and let's not delude ourselves IT IS NOT ART, artful nudes are one thing as they are never overtly or even vaguely sexual. Nudity in art is something that has been done for centuries and there is a distinct difference between the nudity scene in art and phonography. Also excluded from this are the people who upload themselves acting as life models as these people show a clear form of professionalism and wear underwear or have arranged themselves so that their poses are not graphic in nature unlike the people (sadly mostly women but I'll come to that point later) who are posed in away that would be more at home in a gynecologist's office and even then some of them would even make a gynecologist cringe. It is sickening and I am not a prude; I just believe that some things are to be left for certain sites that cater to that sort of thing and not on a public site with kids.

Now, another thing these classless people are uploading and that kids could and likely are seeing is what I can only guess is called fetish art as most of the stuff that I've had to deal with I don't understand and have no wish ever to understand but I am guessing it is something to do with some fetish or another.

Also I realized that I not mention what I meant when I said that we who are not looking for this crap or uploading it ourselves are being exposed to it. While I am over the age of 18 and have the mature filter switched off, the filter does not have enough options in what you can list as ok to see and what you don't want to see and it never personally occurred to me I'd need to avoid porn or this fetish crap as this is an art site and neither of the aforementioned subjects are art (And yes, for any who may wish to argue; I can imagine that there are ways to photograph pornography in a artful and tasteful way. I get that but that is not what is cropping up here and beside this is still a sight that allows young people to become members and therefore should not have that context on it as it falls under inappropriate material)

DA needs to make it possible to not see this crap or better yet crack down on it and get these people off the sight and moved somewhere their context is better suited. But back to the fetish crap. With everything that has happened with the MeToo# movement and general Women's Rights and the whole trying to get people to stop objectifying and asexualizing women and lot of the images that crop up depict women or worse girls in sexual or derogative ways. Like women being tied up and being forced to preform sexual acts on mostly male characters or a women or girl being used as bloody furniture or being strung up and crying as some male character looks on laughing for gods sake. This shit is not ok in any form or universe and if you get off on it then you need serious metical help ASAP. It needs to stop and it needs to stop yesterday so bloody do something about it.

If anyone has any negative opinions of this post feel free to keep them too yourselves as this issues is nondebatable. Women and girls, HELL NO ONE should not be depicted in the ways that most of this sick artwork is depicting them. And no, it doesn't matter that they are fictional characters, not when they are being used to promote and glorify something so horrible and disgusting as what tends to come up on here. Consent is not something that is up for debate in any platform; if the person be them real or fictional is not consenting then you are basically promoting, fetishizing rape. And I dare anyone to justify that. If anyone comes at me with vile you will be blocked and you will be in admitting that you are a sick individual that supports these people and therefore you will never be nothing but in the wrong as well as a lowly, sick lifeform that doesn't deserve to be acknowledge unless having karma come and slap you in the face.

So to recap.

1. I wrote this because I am mad that nothing is being done about any of the issues that people keep raising.

2. I am not hating on the people who are just following orders from above; though you do have responsibilities to the clientele in your own ways, I can understand if you are not high enough up the totem poll to actually deliver change. I will not accept none you actually trying though as that is within your power.

3. No negative/nasty comments. By posting anything nasty or negative you are by default admitting that you support these people because there is no logical reason why someone would have issues with my getting angry about images that debase mainly women and girls but boys and men as well, depict people/characters in situations that clearly depict them being forced to engage in sexual acts without their consent and if you honestly need more examples than that you are beyond help.

4. If you are someone that post any of the context that I have mentioned above, please get it into your head that there are kids on this site and you are (I'm guessing) adults and so show some decency and maturity and stop posting that crap. Find another site to do that, I'm sure that there are sites out there that cater to your tastes and that are not public domain.

5. I am having a anxiety attack over posting this but it needs to be dealt with so DeviantArt, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

I've seen these kinds of warnings about the hacker all day. I don't know if this is real, but I'd like to avoid any short of risks to have some creep to make a bad image out of me, especially after I was recently falsely accused for the art theft in Pinterest and in Deviantart.

After all, as it is said, it's better to be safe than sorry.

I was just curious as to if anyone out there is a part of or knows of any good rpg groups etc. that are inclusive, friendly and so on. They would need to accept literature as that is more my area; also it would be nice if they do accept Lit. that the gain (if any) is not too dissimilar to what would be gained by art.

I was apart of Fawnlings - it was one of the key reasons that I joined DA - and since it is no more I've missed the whole experience of the group and having something to motivate me to write something outside of what I do for my own personal benefits; if that makes sense??

While I am waiting (with baited breath) for the full launch of Fawnlings replacement; Realm of Elaphaea ( check it out; there's a event going for newbies! Realm-of-Elaphaea) I was hoping to find another group to try my hand at. I have tried out for Domain of the Wolf and Svajone but didn't make the cut at the time sadly but that's life, fingers crossed for next time and all that.

I'm more interested in animal/creature (felines, canines, vulpine, equine etc.) type groups and I'm not too fond of anything over-the-top gory; like characters getting killed/mutilated etc. left right and center most of the time.

Also I know that most of the groups (at least the ones I've looked into) are either mostly or entirely hosted on Discord but while I do have an account I've not been able to use it for at least a year or so due to it triggering my anxieties.

Not because of anyone that I interacted with on there! I just haven't been/am not in the best place mental health wise and I found it all a bit too overwhelming - I think it might be overstimulation or something? doesn't matter. Whatever the reason, I just haven't been able to have another go with it yet so any group would need to have other means of participating please.

Activity Checks wise, it would be great if it wasn't stressful or wasn't too stressful, if that makes sense? you know 3 or more months AC instead of monthly as I don't know if I could handle that at the moment.

I can't really think of anything else to add but yeah, feel free to throw any ideas at me :)

I was wondering if there would be anyone interested in helping to transfer my Fawnling designs to the new Realm-of-Elaphaea lines?

While I have a digital art program - Firealpaca - I'm in no way skilled enough to

do it myself. Frankly I just wing it when using it. Also to be brutally honest I'm

not in the best of spaces head/emotion wise and the thought of trying to do it just makes me

break out in a cold sweat you know?

the designs are listed here; I know there's a lot and I'm only really 100% sure about

bringing about 5 in as characters at the moment but I figured that it might be best to get them all transferred just in case?

(the first five linked are the ones that I'm favoring. Especially the first as she was my first fawnling and has to come with me into this brand new world )
